All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse orders at our sole discretion. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all products are sold subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order for any reason. Your order is not binding until we send you an order confirmation.

You agree that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or commercial distribution. All orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of purchase, as shown in your order confirmation. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs fees unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment information. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We partner with third-party carriers and roasting.app (Roastify) for fulfillment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the products are handed over to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services—including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, and design—is the property of Pavone Coffee or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Pavone Coffee’s names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of Pavone Coffee. You may not use them without permission.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or services. Your use of third-party tools or websites is at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and transactions occur directly between you and Pavone Coffee. You acknowledge that Shopify is not a party to any transaction and bears no liability for your purchases or use of the Services. You release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with us.

SECTION 9 – PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of information as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s policies.
